Georges Bay Walking Trail

| This walk follows the northern shore of Georges Bay, St.Helens. It can be accessed from the Dora Point Camping Area at the entrance to Georges Bay. Follow the road to the end where you can access the walking track. The track follows the bay from the entrance around into Moulting Bay. Many beautiful secluded bays and natural coastal bushland. It is a way of viewing parts of St.Helens from the wilderness. It seems in close proximity to the more suburban coastal town but it is very isolated. The walk is about 6 - 7 kilometers and could be undertaken in half a day with time to rest in many of the natural coves. It is flat walking and undertaken by the medium to moderately fit.
