North East Arts & Crafts
North East Arts and Crafts Association - Winners of the 2006 Dorset Community Event, will again be conducting the annual exhibition.

This exhibition can be located at the Scottsdale RSL Club, George St, Scottsdale and is open from Wednesday – Saturday in early June, from 10.00am – 5.00pm daily.

All work is for sale.

This exhibition displays a comprehensive collection of works of art, in a variety of mediums, gathered from many prominent Tasmania artists.

Each year a viewers prize of $250.00 is awarded to one lucky artist.

 
In 1980 N.E.A.C.A. began purchasing works, representative of art in Tasmania and the collection now contains 39 pieces which hang or sit in Public buildings throughout Scottsdale.
