There are a few experiences in Tasmania which people say you just can't afford to miss. This is one of the edible ones!
Crepes, otherwise known as pancakes.
The king-sized, drape-off- the-plate type of pancake served in Europe.
Both savoury (main course) and sweet(dessert)ones filled with your choice of fresh fruit, chocolate or other delectables. One recent diner pronounced them:
"Best pancakes in the Universe!"
She may have been understating things a bit, but you probably get the idea.
