Visit the stunning Myrtle Forest at Weldborough Pass (about a 40 minute drive north from St Helens) and see some of the oldest myrtles and most densely populated ferns in Australia. The beautiful surroundings will make the walk something to remember for people of all ages. |

| While in the area drive up to Mt Paris Dam (6 kms west of Weldborough on the Mt Paris Road) and see the only pillar and slab built dam in Tasmania. It has no water now but it is worth seeing what was achieved with wheelbarrows and shovels! |
