ST MARYS RECREATION GROUND, HAREFIELD RD (OFF GREY RD)
ACTIONS STARTS AT 12PM
This is a great family picnic day with a strong tradition and widespread fame!
This renowned annual race meeting is held on New Years Day each year. This year there will be 7 pacing events worth a total of $35 000. There will also be Jack Russell Terrier races over short and long distances and over hurdles.

The day begins at about 12pm with Jack Russell races and pacing at about 1.30pm. Two dog races are then run between each pacing event.
There is a lucky programme and unplaced betting ticket prize each worth $100 plus heap of other novelties. There will be four bookmakers fielding as well as theTote.
This years St Marys races are the beginning of a great Tote competition in which all bets $10 or over go into a draw for a new car. The car will be on show at the races!
