St.Helens Regatta, Wood Chopping and Seafood Festival

St Helens Foreshore 10am to 10pm
This regatta just gets bigger and better. This is a great day out for the family – plenty of lovely food at good prices and heaps of activities & racing events for all age groups. Sideshow rides for the kids and children’s swimming races will keep families well and truly engaged!

The events include: a mini biathalon, a mini 3 peaks called Sail and Run, kickboard races, a marathon swim and more. The Sail and Run event includes 3 sailing legs and 3 uphill runs! You can enter on the day for a nominal fee. There are categories for adults, children and seniors.

|
|
| In addition to a full day of events there will be four half-hour jet ski races run by the Launceston Jet Ski Club. Local musicians will play during the day and a great range of craft stalls plus sideshow alley make for the perfect day! |

|
The Regatta closes with a huge fireworks show at 9pm.
