Situated on the banks of the South Esk River, this free camping ground offers excellent opportunities for fishing, trail bike riding, swimming and even gold panning, and is an excellent base from which to explore the area.
The river is renowned for its trout fishing and is also suitable for swimming. Camping is available on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis with no bookings necessary.
Griffin Park is close by to
the Mathinna Falls, the Evercreech
Forest Reserve and the historic
